Q: Will the chip fit inside my watch?

TRAK is just 1 mm thin — slimmer than a SIM card. It sits discreetly inside the caseback cavity, strap or deployant clasp of most luxury watches. Our concierge advises on your specific reference, and certified watchmakers fit it without affecting your warranty.

Q: Does it work anywhere in the world?

Yes. TRAK combines GPS, multi-network cellular and a global crowd-finding network, so you get a real-time location whether your watch is across the city or in another country.

Q: How long does the battery last?

Up to 5 years on a single charge in everyday standby. When it eventually runs low, a short top-up on the wireless pad returns it to full, and the app warns you well in advance.

Q: Will a thief know it is there?

No. TRAK is silent, has no external lights and emits no audible signal. To anyone but you, the watch looks completely untouched.

Q: Is my location data private?

Always. Location is end-to-end encrypted and visible only to you and the people you explicitly invite. We never sell or share your data.

Q: What happens if my watch is stolen?

Open the app to see its live location and movement history, share a secure link with authorities, and trigger Recovery Mode for higher-frequency tracking. Founders also get a year of recovery concierge.
